Santa Barbara Sunsets are truly spectacular, but then again, how can they not be. Located on California’s Pacific Ocean coast, Santa Barbara is one of my favorite cities in California to visit. If you are looking for a special getaway and you love the ocean, great wine and fabulous weather, Santa Barbara, California is an excellent choice for you. On one of our trips to Santa Barbara and after spending a day blissfully photographing vineyards and small towns in wine country, I knew I wanted to capture a sunset. Location for this image is critical, so I chose the rooftop of our hotel which allowed me to capture unobstructed view of the sunset.

This image captures a set of four palm trees on a distant hill with the sun just past sunset and as the sky was turning a deep orange-red. Absolutely wonderful. For me, this moment, with wine in hand, allowed me the opportunity to take in the day and reflect on the beauty of Santa Barbara, forever to be remembered.
