For shipping, the protected paper print is carefully rolled and placed in a strong shipping tube and sealed. With this paper print option, it is recommended to place the print into a frame, which you would purchase separately (starting at a few dollars at your local frame supplier such as Target, Michaels or online).

Due to computer monitor and smartphone screen differences in color display calibration, the final colors of the printed art piece my vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

YES - all prints are shipped ready to hang. All you have to do is install some standard picture hangers onto your wall.

Frames are a very personal and individual option and as such we currently do not offer them as a standard offering. If you are interested in a frame, please contact us and we can quote you separately.

Metal prints are ideal as they are not affected by the steam. Canvas is also OK as long as no water comes in contact with the canvas.

Typical delivery times are as follows:

Orders within Canada and the USA

1. Premium Photo Paper: 4-5 days for printing, 5 – 7 days for shipping.
2. Ready-to-Hang Canvas, Acrylic and Metal: 5-7 days for printing, 5 – 7 days for shipping.

For International orders and couple of extra days may be needed for the delivery.

Rest assured your new artwork will be packaged carefully and professionally to
ensure safe shipping to you. The art piece is covered in plastic wrap and careful attention is made for edge protection. It is then placed inside of a sturdy custom cardboard shipping box to protect your artwork.

1. Within Canada and the USA, shipments are all trackable, and typical carriers are UPS, FedEx, USPS and Canada Post, but other carriers may be used from time to time.
2. Internationally, the carrier depends on the country to which we are delivering.

If you need to receive your order faster then the average turnaround time (detailed above) then please contact me using the Contact Us form and provide complete details. While we are typically able to accommodate special delivery requests, we will confirm if we can. Expedited orders may incur an additional charge, which will
be quoted if applicable. 

All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit and are shipped insured.  However, if damage or loss does occur, please contact us immediately using the Contact Us form, and take pictures of the damage to the packaging as well as the damage to your print.  DO NOT THROW OUT any damaged shipping materials until advised by us as the shipper may request an inspection.  Once the damage claim has been approved we will send out a replacement piece.  No cash refunds will be given for damaged shipments.
